1999, still vacation left
from ´98 and where to go ?
I though I might visit my friends from Singapore that
I learned to know in ´95. Good idea, but heck there
must be
a good place to go for diving, right ? Again to Sipadan
?
Then the schedule from Vincent´s
dive centre made the decision
easier with a trip to Derawan island off the east cost
of Borneo.
Despite some fightings going on in the western parts
of this
incredibly beautiful island, I packed my things end of
March and
went to the airport for the usual 12+hour torture ;-)
Before we start with underwater pics, let me say that
the stopover
airport Charles de Gaulle in Paris is worth a visit for
it´s
architecture.
